- Using the Food Pyramid below, create a meal (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) on a drawn plate using pictures and labels
- Prepare the meal in the kitchen (with parental supervision)
- Enjoy the meal together and talk about the balance of the meal referring to proteins, carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables and fats (good and bad)
