Exercise Right is a public awareness campaign created by Exercise & Sports Science Australia. They aim to inspire all Australians to be healthier and more active.
Their website has some fantastic resources covering topics such as children’s, women’s, men’s and mental health. They want everyone, especially those living with chronic conditions, illness, and injury, to know how to “exercise right” for their specific needs and a helpful way to start is by taking a look at their Physical Activity Guidelines.
