A meditation about awareness of thoughts
Try to practice a bit of breathing and mindfulness everyday to help keep you healthy.
Smiling Mind provides this short mindfulness session “Observe your thoughts to stay focused” for High School Students.

Try one during recess or lunch or before or after classes to prepare your self for the day or wind down from the day.
